There is no law preventing the Government from experimenting on the populace. Why not?! From the atrocities of public experimentation through programs like MK-Ultra, to actual targeting of individuals with high tech weaponry, governments around the world have been using electronic and chemical means to not only attempt to control people, but to literally drive them to the point of near insanity. Sounds like science fiction, right?! Unfortunately, it’s an all too great reality.
The world of the targeted individual or “T.I.” is a horrifying reality. Beginning with simple symptoms like tinnitus and escalating to massive involuntary muscular convulsions, hearing voices not your own and even finding objects of unknown origin embedded in your body. These are but a few things experienced by those who have found themselves at the opposite end of a targeting government or entity. With technology like the “Voice of God” beam that can transmit voices directly into your head and the new handheld sonic weapon that can vibrate your brain announced by the Chinese government the possibilities are frighteningly real…as sadly are the cases reported.
