Rusty Lozano is one of the leading pediatric biofeedback therapists in North Dallas. His treatment approach in the areas of headache pain, neuropathy pain, sleep issues, anxiety/phobia, and attentional issues has earned him recognition in the community as an innovator.
In 2015, Lozano was a keynote speaker at the Texas Neurological Society summer conference in Ft. Worth, TX. He has been featured on all the major local news stations in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex, and has received national and international media attention for his treatment approach and results in the areas of pain conditions, anxiety, behavior, and attentional issues. Most recently, the British Broadcasting Corporation filmed a documentary on his approach, which will air in 2017. In addition, he has been featured on national radio shows, and hosts the Radio Talk Show “The Therapy Hour With Rusty Lozano” on iheart media’s Talk Radio 1190.
Lozano is in the process of publishing his first book on the treatment of PTSD for U.S. Servicemen, slated to be released in 2017. He is now authoring his second book on interpersonal relationship skills development. He is married, a father of four, and an avid fisherman.
Rusty currently practices, locally, in the city of Addison, the Shelton School in Dallas, and in Plano, TX. Rusty is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and is Board Certified in Professional Counseling. He is also a Certified Biofeedback Therapist (www.bcia.org).
